  • Designed and shipped a client-side offload for lightweight report generation, cutting server load and reducing overload-driven on-call incidents.
  • Built the Custom Critical Information feature end-to-end across multiple releases, including a DynamoDB endpoint and org-level configuration.
  • Shipped a custom password reset flow, deliberately excluding the shared-account edge case rather than over-engineering it.
  • Contributed to Goals and Milestones, letting people in care settings set and track their own goals.
